Same message also received from unavailable - so they are trying to circumvent defences - More like harassment than telemarketing

When answered u hear a ring tone as if u have called them, then some Indian sounding bloke asks to speak to u asking if u can answer a few household questions.. told him no and put phone down. Didnt sound like the call was in this country either

An indian sounding guy posing as a Talk Talk techie rings house phone, convinces you that your router is giving out problem signals. Gets you to go online, shows you shed load of viruses, licence expiry and explains due to this you no longer have any security on your pc, the security on pc you have therefore won t work until you pay for the licence agreement renewal and pay £400 for a lifetime security installation from Windows. He then convinces you to allow remote access so he can install drivers onto pc

I got this call today and decided to look it up to find these comments. I never answer my mobile to numbers I Dont know, if it s important they will leave a answer message. Everyone should be doing the same, as once you answer they know you line is active, they will then sell you number to other company s.
