Text Messaged They said they were Hermes and that I’ve missed my delivery. I wasn’t expecting anything and there was no record of anyone trying to deliver anything recorded on my front door camera. When I went to ‘reschedule a delivery’ they wanted to charge me and asked for my credit card details. That’s when I became suspicious and Hermes doesn’t ever charge for a redelivery. BE CAREFUL!

It's a fraud scam. They've somehow got a list of people who have purchased white goods and they're calling them to tell them the warranty has expired. I told him to fuck off and put the phone down as they were clearly trying to get me to pay for a new insurance policy when I blatantly didn't. They sent a message asking to call them urgently, when I called them they refused to say what there company did unless I gave them my details, they said they had sent emails and letters, which I havent recived. Obviously I refused to give them any details what so ever and would advise you to do the same
They said I was being investigated for criminal activity and that I had to press 1 to continue... uh... As far as I'm aware, I haven't committed any crime, since I've barely left my flat for the past 3 months.
