I didn't believe him but told him he could email me the offer and I'd review it. He called back briefly afterwards to ask my name (which he spelt so wrong that I didn't correct it!) A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. I've had so many of these and know it's a scam. My elderly brother went all the way through to speak to someone and realised at the last minute it was a scam so put the phone down but it worried him so much he rang his bank to make sure everything was alright. This is an iseal company offering scam fund recovery, they call during the day from 8am until 9pm at least 4 times a week. They are part of the scam adverts that facebook are running and they got my number from an advert as I bait scammers and expose them. This company are unaware that they have bought information from a scammer running ads on facebook but this company also want too much personal information considering they are hard to find on the internet.

SPAM SPAM I did not answer as I did not recognise the number. It recorded a message on my voicemail in Mandarin. I regularly get calls from apparent UK mobiles which do this. One advisor at my airtime provider told me it may be a number which charges a lot to call it. or even to answer it. This cannot to me as I have a capped charge at zero.

Missed call Called it back and got half a message '..is not in use' followed by the engaged tone. That's a pretty clear indicator that this number is not a trustworthy source. It is also coming from a geographical area that many spam or phishing calls have originated recently. ***AVOID***AVOID***AVOID***

Definitely spam. Claimed to be Amazon about a purchase valued at £790. I have NOT made such a purchase and I did NOT press 1 to speak to an Amazon representative.
