This is a spam call from people purporting to be from BT Openreach advising there is a problem with my broadband connection. This is the fourth call I've had in a fortnight, all from different numbers, all callers with strong Asian accent and totally unable to deviate from the script they have in front of them. This automated service calls my number approx.once or twice a week. The call asks for a named person who I never heard of and requests a call back. After I hang-up I have noticed when I then lift my phone to use Iam still connected to this number. I dont no how to stop this caller.
