Claimed to be from 02 offering 40 reduction in telephone charges Thick Asian accent Asked for financial information and when I refused they hung up

Automated woman's voice saying that there have been two charges on my card, one of which was £300 for Amazon. Then an invitation to press one button to allow the charges or another button to speak to an adviser. No mention. of course, of my bank's name. Clearly a SPAM call.

I HAD A TEXT MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE TODAY AT 21:17, SAYING THEY WERE FROM "EVRI", AND HAD FAILED TO DELIVER MY PARCEL (I HAVE NOT GOT ANY PARCELS DUE), IT HAD RETURNED TO THE DEPOT, DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY, SOMEONE HAS BEEN IN ALL DAY, AND NO PARCELS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BY "EVRI", I THINK THIS IS A SCAM, PLEASE CAN YOU INVESTIGATE.

Some person claiming to be from o2 offering me a 40% discount on my monthly phone bill.......due to covid 19!!!! I played along for a couple of minutes & they sent text message codes which someone could genuinely assume was from o2 as they had security warnings advising not to give the code out etc but when I said I was going to run her through some security questions & asked her the 1st line of my address they hung up. Fraud - alleged insurance company phoning about my ife insurance policy (I don't have life insurance)

Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!

SCAM Caller purported to be from BT, worried that a third party was trying to change my IP address from private to public. I ended the call before I discovered whether they were trying to get payment or download software.

Trusted to answer as it's a number local to me. Turned out to be an automated message claiming to be from VISA payments to say that my card had been charged £300 to Amazon and £1100 to Western Union, encouraged me to press 1 to dispute charges. Decided it was going to be a phishing scam and hung up.
