Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! The same "lady" from here keeps calling me, saying I ve had a traffic accident.... I haven t at all. Every time I ask her to stop calling, she calls me a s**g or a c**t then hangs up. She the pranks me for a few hours of the day. Disgusting people need shitting down. Appalling language used by her. This is a NHS reminder call for a hospital appointment 2 weeks ahead of date. They woke me up at 10pm when I had just fallen asleep so are a nuisance call. They call several time before the date of appointment, they are a nuisance.
