This number called my phone whilst I was out. Upon returning home and returning the call, they asked my name and insisted they hadn't called me. They wouldn't tell me who they were and hung up.

I didn't really believe them and they tried to convince me to invest, along with trying to throw terms at me to sound smart. We have 2 phones sending 2051 sms. Both are Nokia C21 plus and appear to have been hacked or have malware in stock ROM. Other owners of this phone are reporting the same problem. Comes up as suspected spam. Guy with an Indian accent said he was calling from a South African call centre on a Manchester landline! Claims he works for a company called UK Tariff that finds out if you're paying too much for your broadband or finds better deals. Thing is this so called company harasses with calls like 24/7 from different numbers most of the day. Hoping you're gullible enough to get to the part where you hand over your bank details. Best way is to report and block if it flags as spam.
I received a call today mane from this number- the person concerned tried to leave a VM - but nothing within message. I called this number back - and a person who sounded elderly said he had called a wrong number. Mystified.

I've got the call. When I picked up, some guy was laughing. Later a guy mentioned he was from my O2 provider company. I am not currently under contract with the O2. Then he laughed and hung up. I wasn't sure if this call was from a house with joking kids or if this was a real company. If that is a company, they have to have more attention to training their people to behave.
