i do not like the way this company operates. Service reps do nott turn up for appointments and when they eventually do so they try aggressive sales techniques to get you to enter a contract even though they have been told not at the outset that I do not want one. Still waiting for a replacement light after 4 months. Also the last person that came stank so much of nicotine I had to use my inhaler twice. Not impressed.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers, phishing for bank account details). Number came up on my phone as "Jack the box" (not promising, but also means they've listed themselves as a company I believe). Offering a competitive rate on my bushes electricity. I didn't believe him but told him he could email me the offer and I'd review it. He called back briefly afterwards to ask my name (which he spelt so wrong that I didn't correct it!) I told him I didn't want my email to be sold to anyone or that I didn't want to recieve 3rd party emails No email arrived
