I recently bought space talk watch for my daughter and she has been messaging me from it over the last five day. Someone has managed to figure this out and has pretended to be her messaging from a friends phone and asking me to text her on what's app via a different number.

They call two times everyday and leave voicemails which last for 10 seconds and they say nothing

I have received pornographic, harassing videos and pictures aimed at myself as well as sexually explicit messages from this number. This person is a stalker and I believe they may have links to India. They go quiet for a few months after I block them, a new number pops up. I need to leave this here in case anyone else is experiencing this. It has been reported to British authorities. IP is probably being bounced.

Asian male ... from Virgin Media ...said my broaband was not working properly. I hung up. Worryingly this scammer is purporting to be phoning from close to my own area so the number looks genuine.

SCAM. Indian accent, hectic indian call centre background, typical scammers, they said they recieved word this morning from the UK government that I was in debt. They failed to provide my full name, my address, or any information as to how they got my number other than 'from the government' It's a bit funny because they tried this last month as well off a different number when the government contacted their office to get in contact with me that morning too, they know nothing but your number and partial name

Thought I was confirming my phone number to a McAfee website, closed browser within a minute (when I realised it was a scam site as it just had mcafee in the web address but was nothing to do with mcafee.com) and within a minute, a man with an extremely heavy and thick Indian accent called, immediately said he was from Microsoft and wondered whether I needed any help. Fraud. Claims to be PayPal but answered by Indian call center. Asked them what my paypal email address was and they hung up. Kept calling them and asking if they knew that what they were doing was fraud/illegal.

Fraud Offers a discount for being a 'loyal' customer... They send you a link from three website to reset your memorable info then say it will take 24 hours to complete but if you give them your password now they can verify it now. Never give anyone your password BEWARE!!!!!!!

Claimed they from smart insurance & company changed from original. They knew lots of info about insurance. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.
