I did set up a payment from my lloyds account which is why I had a call from this number. So it is a genuine call because someone is using your account. If you had a call from this number and you didn't set up a payment I would contact the bank as someone may be trying to use your account.

BEWARE! Charged additional £3.03 by Vodafone for supposedly calling this number for 4m20s. No idea who it is and I certainly didn't intend to spend extra on a call.
Caller mentioned we were registered with a call blocking scheme and knew my name, address, that we pay our phone bill by direct debit and that the card used expires next year and asked for expiry month. Not comfortable with call so refused to say and hung up.
