He offered to renew my van insurance, at a lower cost. My van insurance was not due for renewal yet he had a lot of details about me. However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. I answered the call as i had been getting many of them from very similar but different numbers and when i picked up i waited for a answer and said hello? but then my caller hung up but i did not respond back. I had another a while before from a girl who asked if i was a person i cant remember the name of and that if i had a car crash accident i said no you have the wrong number and she hung up.

Did not know who i was, and made everything up as he went along! adv that was an energy broker!, have never given my detail out.

Purporting to be from btopenreach. Wanting us to change something on our router. Couldn't understand "george's"accent. They have called 3 times today.

Have just called my office claiming to be police and when i requested they give me there collar number and reason for call they asked me to confirm my card details as they have found my card , when i stated i was a investigator of fraud and all calls were recorded and passed to police they hung up so staff called back and an african man answered and said u called me never called u me not know nufin and me not in london me no no where i am , me is no fraud ster , yea rite , avoid this number with the plague
