He wanted to arrange a loft survey. I said I had no loft insulation and could check my own loft but he carried on. Call received from a male with an Indian accent stating he was calling from Aviva, but his English was very bad and I said I couldn't understand him and asked for someone else to ring me if important. So far no response. There was a lot of chatter in the background and he didn't speak immediately when I answered the call.
