SCAM I received a call from this number at 14;45 today [27/5/21], purporting to be from Amazon and telling me that £399 has been charged to my card for some purchase or other that I most definitely have not made! The call was a recorded message, and invited me to Press One if I haven't made such a purchase. I DID NOT PRESS ONE! These calls should be illegal.
Said I had contacted them with my details for an accident I had in the last 18mths!! When asked to be removed he didn't listen then told me I need to confirm personal details, which of course I didn't!!

Got to say as well, for the Home, BT’s ’Call Guardian’ phones are a serious piece of kit! Stops Cold Callers dead in their tracks. I’ve never had such blissfull peace since getting one a couple of years ago. EVERY HOME SHOULD THEM AS STANDARD! Folks, buy your elderly / vulnerable relatives and friends one for Christmas, etc... they’ll thank you forever and you’ll get peace of mind knowing they’re protected from scammers.
