Keep calling me at night saying they need to talk to me but have been into my local branch who say this is fake and to not answer the call as there is no issues with my account
Called just saying they were the “legal department”. Asked to be removed from database then got really shrieky down the phone at me. Hung-up & blocked.

Very persistent if they don t get a response. Try to call at all times of the day,evening and weekends. Either block the number, or answer to get rid of them. If you don t the phone will keep ringing. I have a truecall unit (from www truecall. co uk) so these harrassers simply get a messsage not to call again. Shouldnt have to pay money to stop these calls though in my opinion.
