I recently bought space talk watch for my daughter and she has been messaging me from it over the last five day. Someone has managed to figure this out and has pretended to be her messaging from a friends phone and asking me to text her on what's app via a different number.
SCAMScam. 'Christopher' from an 'accident claims line' regarding an accident on (correct date) that was 'not your fault'. This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Other numbers had reports describing similar calls, supposedly to settle claim for percentage of settlement. No mention of my insurance carrier. This was a scammer who pretended to be from BT talking about illegal access to your broadband.!! That's rich!! Hacked my bank account and Amazon a/c. It took ages-up to 5 days to clear this mess up and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If someone had asked me last night if the death penalty was appropriate for scammers, I would have agreed.
