Female caller with asian accent claiming to be from BT. She said they were going to disconnect my internet as they have been receiving messages showing it is infected with malware via facebook. I pointed out I don t have facebook and have anti-virus software. She eventually hung up.

I did not recognize this number, so I decided to let it go to voicemail. Needless to say they did not leave a message. Looking at the previous comments, it was the correct thing to do by ignoring the call. My motto is ... if it is important/legit then they will leave a message.

Got called at the beginning of a lecture, didn t know the number and quickly declined before looking it up. Seems O2 isn t 100% scammer-free, but it s a whole lot better than Vodafone.

Called multiple times.. told them that the number they were calling is a registered emergency services phone and not to call again and to take the number from their call list or police would be notified.. Refused to do so unless I answered questions.

Called for someone in the house, informed them that they weren t in. Said "okay" and hungup. Very rude, cold call!!
