This is a market research company. This is how market research is done. In the call I took, the company were canvassing opinion for the HSE, this is important work. If you ignore their call they will presume that you are not available and call back again. If you don't want to take the call, just tell the caller that you are not interested in taking part in the survey. They won't call you back. I gave my name D.O.B and my address. After she finished talking (I thought she would never shut up). She told me i had passed the credit check .Then proceeded to tell me how much i would be paying a month,how many minutes,texts etc;. When I explained that I did not have a phone line from BT any more, I asked how could he know that my internet connection had been compromised.
