Lloyd bank saying I had strange transaction from. My account this was the second call I had about transactions from my account but a different phone number today
I don't think this is a safe number - appears to come from a house in Mansfield Road, Bournemouth but the message says there has been unusual activity on your card mentioning Amazon & an international bank transfer. There aren't any banks in Mansfield Road. It doesn't mention what bank is involved & you can't call the number back I think this is a scam.

I asked them to tell me the address to which they claimed the debt was overdue on, but they couldn't. Very rude. Very bad. Wouldn’t tell me who was calling. Just wanted me to confirm my name with a yes or no. When I would not say yes or no and just kept asking who was calling, she said well you can piss off! and put the phone down on me. Don’t ever say yes or no on the phone - they record it and use it as approval for trying to get into accounts etc.
Answered the call and heard an automated voice claiming that HMRC would be initiating legal proceedings against me. Terminated the call before they got any further. Very dodgy.
