I believe the calls are made using VOIP via a service centre in the UK and appear to be calls coming from London, but actually come from Israel or Cyprus or Bulgaria. Unsolicited call, caller didn t respond when phone was answered. Presumably the authorities must know to where this phone number is registered and should remove it from the network. My guess it is a scam where they want you to ring back and surprise surprise you get stung with a premium rate call for your trouble.
