Some person claiming to be from o2 offering me a 40% discount on my monthly phone bill.......due to covid 19!!!! I played along for a couple of minutes & they sent text message codes which someone could genuinely assume was from o2 as they had security warnings advising not to give the code out etc but when I said I was going to run her through some security questions & asked her the 1st line of my address they hung up. I received a text from this number saying my apple pay was temporarily deactivated, and a link to reactivate it. Upon clicking the link I was then asked for my name, address and date of birth, and then got suspicious when asked for my full card details. Quick look on google found it is a know scam. Beware.

I believe that someone called me from this number was trying to con me. I was told that my bill was being reduced by two pound. I simply said ok thank you and hung up. This call came out of the blue and I live by the phrase if it comes to you out of the blue, it's not for you.

Yet, another Solar Panel caller wanting to test our solar panels. Nothing more than a scam caller and told them so, if your panels are working, you can tell by the read outs and feed in tariff! If there is a fault, they wont work, if they are down and not working properly the read outs will tell you. The say they are employed to test the panels free of charge, all they will do is test and say your system can be improved. Be warned!

Safe number Is actually an Indian guy calling who refers you to O2 who sign you up for their Sim Only deal. Shame they have a dodgy-sounding Indian guy getting them customers, because it makes O2 look dodgy. FYI: I have received all genuine emails and contract info from O2 and... I received my SIM! 100% legit (apart from the guy calling millions of numbers from India hoping to get someone to say yes so he can earn his referral commission from O2!).
