Keep getting calls from this number but when answered there s a huge pause. had plenty of similar calls in the past like this which are scam calls usually about an accident so reporting them as am TPS registered so no one should be calling

Same here, they rang me. I asked who they were, young man was adamant I give my details,as If!!!! Surely I would of had something in the post or an email of some kind instead of these young kids who call up. Im starting to wonder now. Perhaps "Anne Rob" might like to seek this one out....Find this rather odd as my credit file is fine. First thing in the morning too. Dont they think people have children or work to attend to. Sounded like an Indian lady who claimed to be from BT saying that I would receive a monthly discount on my bill, then asked for my bank details which I declined to give and immediately hung up.
Now called me 3 times on my mobile. On one occasion it would not let me answer. Today it rang and then rang off before I could answer. If it doesn t cost me money and doesn t get too persistent, I am just going to ignore it.

Fraud - I was called off one number trying to get a security code that would reset my O2 account. when I refused to give the one time code to the lady she got aggressive. I said I would check with O2 customer service and if everything was ok would take up the offer. I was given this number as O2 customer services - IT IS NOT. I reported to O2 (202) and they confirmed that this was Fraud, and if I gave them the code they would have had access to my O2 account.

Some man claiming to be from Energy Geeks about my water supply. Asked him a few times as to what he has to do with my water supply as there is only one company that provide in this area. He kept asking how it was. Couldn't work out what he was actually after so hung up. Either scam/spam or just out there to annoy people I'm not sure.
Called saying they was BT Connections. Some Indian guy clearly reading off a script on about hackers. Clearly a scam so hung up.

I have no idea what the caller would have had to say because I never pick up these calls and they never leave a message.
