This is a scam. Told I owed money ($4000) form a credit card I had from 2010 to 2016. Would not give me proof of the debt. I never had a credit card during that time period. Said they are going to try to take $8400 from my bank account by serving papers to the county clerk that is in my county. I spoke to a couple of attorneys which said it sounds like a scam. The debt is past the statute of limitations in my state which is 4 years. Her name is "Tracy", the number she called me from is (980) 3

it;s the usual lowlife trying desperately trying to rob me of my pension pot. I'd like them to have a go at my bank, I'd get rid of my overdraft then! SCAM call from a company Estate Plan (not to be confused with legitimate company Estate Planning) about care home fees and if I own my own home. I simply put phone down and blocked number. Guy was very well spoken, good English but came across as very forceful/aggressive. Beware of engaging in any conversation.

Got a WhatsApp message from this number asking if I was working today. WhatsApp shows it as a business number and with the name Angela! I suspect it's an attempted Fraud, but really not sure.
