This was a follow up call to a recent outpatients appointment, a survey on satisfaction levels really. Not suspicious I don't think.
A "UK Consumers Survey" call, they have my name, and he just carried on (as if really hates his own job) try to verify my personal information which I ve then stopped him and he simply hanged up. DO NOT SAY YOU ARE THAT PERSON --- From now on, my first greeting to any caller would be questioning them. Now I may get even more spam calls by giving out that they have valid information. I'm guessing spam - didn't let them get far to find out as I kept quizzing them about who they were and never confirming who they are supposed to be talking to. Said they were from a company called something like brnza (couldn't quite understand the accent) saying they want to email me something on behalf of Dell and they read out an email address they wanted me to confirm (which of course I wouldn't). I basically said this call is unauthorised, I refuse you to email me anything and do not call me again.
Woken by a call on my mobile at 4.30am! When I called back the following morning, number was unobtainable and reverse number searches yielded nothing.

SCAM: the number that called was too long to be identified as a phone number - it had 006 44 in front of it, which is probably deliberate to make it impossible to search. I could hear a call centre. Indian sounding guy asked for me by name. Told him he had the wrong number & he hung up.
