This number phoned today. It was a recorded message saying Hi my name is Shirley from Bt and they are goinging to diconnent the internet in 24hours.I
Cryptocurrency scammer. I'm pretty sure he actually said the phrase "You signed up online. I wanted to know if you were still interested in this scam". When i laughed and called him out on it he became very irate accusing me of wasting his time and belittling his profession even though I was asking him to repeat what he said. It sounded like he had a few layers of fake proof set up online though. It might've fooled me if i hadn't googled it beforehand.
Texted to say problem with my phone bill payment and asked to log in using a link.

I only entered the competition for the iPad because it came up on accuweather which I ve been using for a while and is a bona fide site. I then got a message saying I was now entered in a weekly draw for ?4.50 per week. I then received 3 messages which I was charged ?3.83 for. I ve sent a stop message to 88222 as advised but this is a complete con.
