Waiting for a call back from Hospital & getting the tail end of the message when I answered, I stupidly gave my name & Hospital number! I'm now worried about any repercussions. I'm normally good at fielding these irritating calls with silence & cutting them off, but it was early morning, & as I said I was waiting for a call! I thought it was now illegal pester with these intrusive calls.
They called repeatedly - at least 3 times/day. Whenever I answered there was no response from them; when they eventually responded after about 10 calls they claimed to be the TPS and they could stop all of our nuisance calls. The irony was lost on them.
