When I said that I already had it, the female caller responded that it was with them, and because I had not claimed for three years they we going to reduce it from the current £180.00. I immediately knew it must be a scam, so I pressed the 'Block now' Button on my call Blocker.

I have also received call from this number saying HMRC tax fraud and arrest warrant, looks scam to me as HMRC always send written notice i believe.
I did not say anything when I picked up the phone and the call was terminated. I expect it was yet another scam call. I do wish they would stop harassing me

Just had a call from this number 001-979-823-4079. Guy with poor english said the files on my Windows computer were infected by a download of infected files. Wanted to speak to the owner of the PC. After stringing him along for a while I told him to get lost as it was a scam. He hung up.

Glasgow number they claim to be Auto Assist, company doesnt seem to exist if I Google search it. Claim they have some money to give me ref an Automobile incident, if I give them details of the incident they will send a cheque. SPAM call. Pretending to be from Sky and asking if everything was ok with my service before telling me that my breakdown service has ended and that I paid £156 last year for the service, but he can give me a discount and for 1 year it would be £120 and for 2 years it would be £170. I told him 2 years sounded like a good deal (even though I never had a breakdown service with sky). I asked a simple question to him to confirm he is from Sky and it was “Can you tell me my name”. He hung up at this point.
