They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front. Scam number impersonating virgin money. I received a text which appeared to be from virgin money “this is your one time passcode to debit your account (amount) to pay (company). If this was NOT you call us on 03309124638” I called Virgin money directly using their actual number from the back of my bank card to report it, it’s definitely a scam.
