Fraud This number was used to attempt a PayPal "fake payment invoice" scam/fraud. My customer received a fake PayPal receipt for Bitcoin and the "support" number they gave prompted multiple callbacks from this number. They will "refund" a bigger amount than the invoice says, then plead with you to get the overpayment back. Once they have your cash, the original "refund" vanishes from your account. Be warned!!

Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.

A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. Asian woman said her name was Carol (as if) told me I lived at a house I moved from in 2015. Asked who I had life insurance with and started arguing with me when I told her that's none of her business. She kept repeating aviva, bupa, sunlife is your life insurance with those. Awaiting callback from my GP when this call came. Male caller talked about a free medical emergency pendant, but implied that there was a paid membership. It increasingly sounded like a sales call and I couldn't really see how this related to my medical issue. He asked about my willingness to give a testimonial, talking about medical response times, peace of mind for family - I was becoming further mystified as to why I was being called. Suspicious.
