Safe number NHS. This was a call from Hinckley and Bosworth Medical Alliance about an out of hours appointment. The number came up on my phone as possible Scam, but it is genuine. Google it. Apparantly number is also used by complete business systems.

As far as I am concerned all phone callers are potential con artist so I very rarely answer my phone these days. I do not know who they are. All I know is that it is from the centre of Chichester. They do not even leave a text so that I would at least know who is attempting to get hold of me!!! It may be quite innocent, but until I know who is calling as unknown, it is a nuisance. Why should we have to put up with this rubbish, the caller would not like it if this happened to them. I will not call them back incase it is a scam.

SCAM - scam baiters who bought Sky number ranges and are cold calling victims trying to claim to be the ISP. Tosser kept calling me "bro". I first asked him to confirm my IP address (dynamically allocated) and he gave me something he made up - that didn't have all 4 sets of numbers. Sky have been asked about this and aware of these scammers.
