He wanted to talk to the person who deals with electricity bills, so I asked him whether he meant the business or home account. I don t think he understood me, got mildly aggressive, so I repeated myself until he said the business account. Then I said "well our business is a boat, it doesn t use gas or electricity, so unless you can supply me red diesel at a competitive rate there is nothing you can do for me." Hopefully I won t hear from him again.

Zenith rep gave us a free quote for replacement soffits. since then we have been bombarded with nuisence calls up to 8 times daily. we have asked them 3 times to take our number off their calling lists but havent done so, would never use them now anyway !!!!

Asian sounding voice , said his name was Mike , he was calling from Microsoft , and knew I had a Windows operating system , and my computer was infected and he would clean it up , My response was ; do you think I am stupid ?? and told him I didn t believe him , .....HE told me to go to hell you mother F!£$%& and hung up . So I guess he wasn t from Microsoft !!

Message left on answer phone advising our broadband will be disconnected because of a problem press various numbers and someone will sort it out.

The company is called AIMS Legal and is also known as AIMS Reclaim and AIMS Financial. This is their address: 7, Trident Park, Trident Way, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 3NU.
