SCAM its an insurance scam company, they are using illegal auto-dialling software meaning theres never anyone on the end of the phone and it will keep calling you endlessly. This is because your insurer has sold on your contact details to this third party who will try to get you to make accident claims for a cut of the payout. File a complaint with your insurance broker for selling on your personal information.

Fraud carried out via a Metro Bank Account sort code 23 05 80 using various account numbers and Metro Bank don't seem to be concerned. Has been reported to own bank and Action Fraud.
