SPAM received an unsolicited phone call at 8.58 on a Saturday morning, from what sounded like an Indian call centre. The caller claimed she was contacting me on behalf of Legal & General with regards to my washing machine. I explained I was on the TPS & clearly stated I wanted my phone number removed from their database & not called again. Got a call from a man with strong northern accent he asked for me by name. He said that they believe that I had worked in a noisy environment. When I told him I hadn t he asked what jobs I had done since leaving school. He than asked if I had ever worked in a noisy job, I told him no, he then just cut me off. I cannot stand ignorance and bad manners he shouldn t be ringing anyone with the attitude he has, prat!

Call center Said they're calling about my O2 mobile phone account. I don't even have a mobile phone account with O2. :D When I told them that, they tried again with a different mobile phone provider. When I said I don't have an account with that provider either & said I don't get involved in scams, they hung up.

Hung up very quickly when rumbled.. I have not had an RTA / Accident this century! I have blocked the number on my CPR told him nothing and reported the number to GMP on 101. I d like to think that was Game, Set and Match to me!! But you never know so be careful out there!
