Scammmer. A recorded voice message saying we'd been charged £95 to renew our Amazon Prime subscription.
I was in a different room but heard a voice coming from the phone. How can they do that? The voice had gone by the time I got to the phone and I was too far away too hear what it said, but I have now blocked it as no one I know would do that.

This showed up on my display and the recorded voice explained my internet was to be cut off "due to illegal activity" and offered the option of pressing "1" to "speak to an executive"- not a real phone number and to be sure a scam.
They say they are with SKY Internet. They hang up when queried.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 13150703xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with investment, shares, online marketing, but also boiler replacement. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

called this morning asking for a mr shah patel.I told them wrong number.I then phoned them and a recorded message stated it was for market research and to remove number from list to phone 0161 820 2718.As i am on the TPS i feel they should not have phoned me anyway.
Called me twice now with no-one speaking and a click, then phone is dead. Really weird...like they are waiting for an older person to answer so they can con them.....sorry, just really cynical.
