This number called me this morning insisting they were my bank trying to prevent fraudulent transactions from a cloned card, then asked me to read out the digits on my card!! They didn't know which bank and stated it was an amazon transaction for £300 that was the fraud, this is tosh and I told them so, beware, they are very persistent even when called out.

I received a call on the 23rd from this number claiming to be from Natwest Fraud team, he knew all of my details and appeared to be genuine. I'm usually very careful about my security but I had a momentary lapse of concentration. I spoke to my bank in branch today who cancelled my card and my banking app. I was told that the person who I was speaking to earlier was very likely to be the scammer himself. I'm so f'ing angry!! Do not answer this bastard's number. Ever!

I received a call from this number this morning asking me to confirm details of my router, telling me that someone else had been using it and trying to hack into it. I told her that there was not a problem. She kept telling me that I needed to give her details of passwords etc so I hung up after telling her several times that I wasn't interested and knew that it was a scam call.

I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam.
