(NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. I intend to take legal action against Opus & NPower for the distress that their continued harassment has caused me for more than a year.

Fraud/scam - they were asking me to get in touch because of a 'case' with the magistrates. Trying to scare me.
I contacted this number after several missed calls, the company is called Freshstart, from what they said they get your info via loan applications etc, They seem to either provide or find you Debt Management company/PPI insurance recovery and probably other things. I just said I didnt need it and to take me of the call list.

This was a very entertaining phone call as the man on the other line who went under the name of "Michael Jordan", not the basketball player, told me I must give him money or else I would be arrested in 30 minutes!!
