This number called, claiming to be from BT, telling me my internet was being hacked and "used for criminal purposes". Clear sounds of a busy call centre in background. Female caller had an Asian accent and called me "Maam" (Drives me crazy!) Why would BT have a call centre in Orkney, employing Asian operatives? I hung up and have now blocked the number.

Just got a call from this number on our landline, saying it was from 'Solutions' and then 'Solutions Marketing' (when I pushed the lady further for information). They had my wifes name, the 1st line of our address (at least) and said that they wanted to 'save us money on our broadband/telephone'.
