A Google search suggests that the number, if genuine, belongs to ASI Environmental Services (eg asbestos removal) based in Southampton.
Claimed to be from BT Open Reach and that there are problems with our router. Continued reading from a script even when questioned about the problems.

3 calls yesterday and 2 so far today. Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? I think this is a scam number aiming to talk the vulnerable (ie people with debts) into giving out their bank details. I terminated the call as soon as they mentioned debts/creditors
