They wanted me to confirm who I was, but I don't give any of my details over the phone. I asked again to send me details and he said I see what I can do, he then put the phone down. Definitely scam
SCAM Automated Call "We are about to deduct funds from my account on behalf of Amazon Prime" and wanted me to press [1] to speak to a supervisor. Obviously a scam I don't have an Amazon prime account and avoid anything to do with them.
