After 3 or 4 calls a guy who said he was calling from Microsoft about my computer being hacked, he wanted me to do something on my computer which I refused. A further two calls each getting more serious then a supervisor Ryan gave me more guff saying they told me the serial number how would they know that if they were not genuine. They are very persistent but don t fall for it.

Please please please be aware that this is a massive scam.The number they provide is the 0161 number. When you call the number, it says that its Microsoft support. It isn t. I will contact Microsoft shortly to let them know they are being plagiarized. They tell you they are from Windows support and ask you to go on the internet and they will show you where you are being hacked. Of course if you give them your computer number they will be able to hack into your computer. Don t fall for it.

Please please please be aware that this is a massive scam.The number they provide is the 0161 number. When you call the number, it says that its Microsoft support. It isn t. I will contact Microsoft shortly to let them know they are being plagiarized. Since discovered they are called Trust money so decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and I call 0141 305 3045 and press one and then go silent when they take my call, Churlish I know but I get about 5 of these type calls a day !!!! IF we all start harassing them back maybe they will change their attitude !
