Pretending to be from Sky and asking if everything was ok with my service before telling me that my breakdown service has ended and that I paid £156 last year for the service, but he can give me a discount and for 1 year it would be £120 and for 2 years it would be £170. I told him 2 years sounded like a good deal (even though I never had a breakdown service with sky). I asked a simple question to him to confirm he is from Sky and it was “Can you tell me my name”. He hung up at this point.

Claimed to be some kind of broker / finance guy, we spoke a little while and we ended the conversation in a friendly way when I said I was not interested. I'm from Norway so don't really want to deal with a London based company when it comes to finance.
