When they ring , they always get me out of bed, when i look at the number on the phone screen its very close to my area number so i answer , then there's a delay while it clicks and connects to a different part of the world and then a foreign sounding lady always mis- says my name with a long eee at the beginning and there is an office noise back ground . I checked my phone history and I have not phoned his number. Tried to get information from me, name, location. I d3clined and have now blocked his number and reported to my provider.
