Asian male calling himself 'Kingston' about the 'accident' I never actually had!

This number called me today about my Hotpoint washing machine despite me asking them not to ring me again when they called me before.

They claimed they were updating their work records and said I had been working in the industrial sector. "Nope". And that I ve worked with tools and machinery. "Nope". I told them they shouldn t have my number and she beat a hasty retreat.

Recorded message telling me hmrc were filing a summons against me !!!!!!!

When asked the caller couldn t tell me the address of the company although eventually said it was Erskine House in Clydebank but she didn t know the street etc. I did ask how she found her way to work but the answer was that she walked! Apparently there was "funding available" and when asked who funded it she said "scrappage windows".

Please deal with these by criminal law

Called about an accident I never had in my car. I asked when the accident was, they said at the start of the year. Not had an accident in 8 or more years. I asked which car. They hung up.

Cold call from First Assist Solution - injury firm claiming to have your number from National Accident Database. Complete scam - send them an e-mail through their website http://www.firstassistsolutions.com/contact/ (use a bogus e-mail address and phone number and see how they like the runaround!!!) Alternatively just report them to the ICO for breach of Communications regulations

Asking for company information. Had old company details and didn't know who to ask for. Assuming these are a scam.

They called me stating that they had called me over a month ago and I asked for them to review in a months time about a mortgage review, and whether they could save me interest, they proceeded to ask me who my mortgage lender was, when I informed them that I do not give this info out to random callers and that I would not ask for a call back as I am more than capable of identifying whether a review is required on my mortgage, they hung up with no mention of a goodbye, I am on TPS registry so again they are

this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future
