This is the RSPCA and they try to bully you for money because you called them out once. If you say no, they make you feel bad for ever calling them. Their harrassment calls go on every day, sometimes 3 times a day, for months and they never leave a message. Lost all respect for RSPCA now.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8439418xxx range... People don't fall for it. Did someone answer any number of this range?
