The Microsoft scam
A young lad from SDC or something? As per the other 2 comments posted in the last hour, wanting banking information (tried to tell me it wasn't personal info!). Essentially it said 'Hi I'm X from X, have you ever had a packaged account?' ...Me "What's a packaged account"....him "Who do you bank with" and it became circular from there.
Do you want new iPhone, or something else??? L O L.
Called but no message then a few minutes later a call from a US number, 0018761454117, must be very early over there. Suspect scam and blocked.

Call at 6:15 pm on 14 Jan 16. Lady caller (with a very English voice) informed me that I might be due a refund from a company called ......(something)....Jones. I asked who the company is and she gave some information which did not make much sense. I then asked what does the company sell at which point she abruptly finished the call. That sounds like a scam to me!

Tentel customer service- not entirely cold calling as they contact you after you've entered your phone number on their website as though you were right about to buy an internet package from them. They pretty much just want to try and seal the deal and are able to provide any additional information like average speeds and were polite, honest and to the point in my case. The standard broadband speed was low (5.5mb) and they were apologetic but offered the fibre broadband as it was also available. Seems legit!
