This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers) - can be something different and legitimate, but srry I'm always suspicious considering numbers for shared rate. I recommend to block the whole 0845286xxxx range... Did someone answer this number?

I explained I didn't want an upgrade and to please remove me from the call list but still getting phone calls.
