Called me at 11:25 pm Wednesday 30th. September. I did not reply as it was an unknown number to me. I assumed it was a miscall.

Company claiming to be able to get PPI refunds - damned nuisance calls!

Like all the other comments, this was a recorded message claiming to be from Inland Revenue (I should have smelled a rat immediately at that point - it s HMRC now...) and that I was being sued. Brain not in gear, and in panic, dialled 1, but silence at the other end, then call terminated. I am now so angry. Have received 4 calls today from this number, last one was 6-34pm. I don't answer, let answering machine do its thing ~ but they never leave a message to say who they were...

Scammers, comes up as a manchester number 01618149468 their not afraid to bluff it out even when I said I would inform the police. Have blocked the number.

They ve called a couple of times now ...always asking for Paul Mulligan. Have told then i don t know anyone of that name. Seem polite enough though and calling from Scotland
