Its just a prank app. Its someone you know as they need your phone number. They are all pre recorded so chill out. Most likely someone at work , family member, child or friend having a laugh. I received a call from this number this morning asking me to confirm details of my router, telling me that someone else had been using it and trying to hack into it. I told her that there was not a problem. She kept telling me that I needed to give her details of passwords etc so I hung up after telling her several times that I wasn't interested and knew that it was a scam call.
