Automated call, annoying, rings out then cuts off when answered. Feel sorry for old folks struggling to get up to go and answer their phone only for this to happen to them, time after time. Waste of time.

I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. SCAM Recorded voice purporting to be HMRC
Messaged to inform me of a delivery I missed from EVRI. With a link to re-book a delivery time. I went to the official website to track my delivery, and the number on the message that the suspected scammer gave is not recognised. Also I checked my CCTV and no-one had tried to deliver anything.
SCAM message. Apparently a mobile number using 3 network. Said "Govuk you are entitled to a cost of living payment please click link...."

This mobile number rang me today 16th may 23 then when I called it back the number came back unrecognised. Either a one way number ie one that can call you but you can’t call them back. Or possibly suspicious caller. Can’t use any headings above as I don’t know anything about this number yet.

They were going to get my grants and everything but they are not communicating by email which is strange. When I ask them to send me an email they don’t send any email. They gave me an email address and I send them the documents by that email address but they never responded. So strange

Very rude. Very bad. Wouldn’t tell me who was calling. Just wanted me to confirm my name with a yes or no. When I would not say yes or no and just kept asking who was calling, she said well you can piss off! and put the phone down on me. Don’t ever say yes or no on the phone - they record it and use it as approval for trying to get into accounts etc.
