These people are a complete pain. Don't respond to their calls. 50 calls in a month even after telling them politely and less politely to go away. They are parasites . Totally fed up with these calls. When this number is put into google one response says you are charged just for answering! I hope this is not the case and think its high time this sort of scam was stopped it seems TPS is no use at all .

They called me and I didn't pick up the phone as I usually ignore unknown calls - they then sent me a text saying they're the HSBC Fraud Prevention team and asked me to call back. Was a bit suspicious so I called the number on the back of my card instead. Yep to all who are not sure whether this number is a scam or not - just call the number on the back of your card and they will transfer you to the team, you don't have guess whether the call is legit or not then.
