Only thing is, I did check my package and changed it about 10days ago so…either sky are really poorly run and don’t know what they are doing with their so-called “loyal” customers or…. It was a scam. Got to say as well, for the Home, BT’s ’Call Guardian’ phones are a serious piece of kit! Stops Cold Callers dead in their tracks. I’ve never had such blissfull peace since getting one a couple of years ago. EVERY HOME SHOULD THEM AS STANDARD! Folks, buy your elderly / vulnerable relatives and friends one for Christmas, etc... they’ll thank you forever and you’ll get peace of mind knowing they’re protected from scammers.
